Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for enthusiastic team members to join our F&B frontline staff. No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided, and successful candidates will communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to serve a diverse guest base.

Applicants must be able to work shifts, night shifts, weekends and public holidays on a 6-day week, 7.5 hours per day, and demonstrate cooperative, energetic, and passionate attitude toward the industry.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent required.
• No prior experience needed; on-the-job training provided.
• Must communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
• Prepare beverages and ingredients per company standards; handle orders and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.
• Perform other duties to meet business needs.
• Follow SOPs at each station.
