Job summary

KOI Café Group in Malaysia invites applications for Front-of-House roles. Both full-time and part-time positions are available; no prior experience required as on-the-job training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Willing to work 6 days per week, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Independent, cooperative and energetic with a positive attitude toward F&B.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
• Prepare beverages and ingredients according to standards; handle orders and payments.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and tidiness.
• Follow SOPs at each station and assist as needed.
• Perform other duties to meet business needs.
