Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Cafe Supervisor to oversee daily cafe operations, create staff schedules, and ensure service standards are consistently met. You will work with management to maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and high customer service quality across shifts.

The ideal candidate has at least SPM / O-Level; 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or Crew Leader is a plus. Responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock take, stock ordering, and monitoring

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experienced as Team Lead or Crew Leader will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create employees' schedules to ensure efficient operations
• Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism
• Assist in execution of the strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering
• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
