Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education of SPM / O-Level.
• Experience as Team Lead or Supervisor preferred.
• Food & beverage background with customer-facing duties an asset.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure adherence to standards of service and professionalism.
• Assist in execution of strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering.
• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Explain and promote products and offerings.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, friendly, attentive service.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints courteously.
• To brew coffee or tea and serve drinks to customers.
• Ensure drinks are made with passion and high quality following SOP.
