Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading a cafe team.
• Strong knowledge of staffing, SOPs, inventory, and supplier management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup of the cafe team, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Develop and implement SOPs for daily cafe operations to ensure consistency.
• Manage supplier relationships for ingredients, equipment, and cafe essentials.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service excellence in line with brand values.
• Oversee inventory, cost control, and waste management.
• Monitor budgets, daily sales, and operational KPIs.
