Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® in Malaysia is seeking a friendly Maintenance Executive to ensure smooth cafe operations and deliver a world-class coffee and tea experience. You will join our Brew Crew and begin training at Barista Academy from day one, developing practical skills and earning valuable career certifications along the way.

You will conduct corrective maintenance for HQ, production, warehouse and cafes; respond to repair requests with minimal downtime; dismantle equipment for

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Driving & GDL license.
• 1–2 years in a similar role.
• Good English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Conduct corrective maintenance across HQ, production, warehouse and cafes.
• Respond to repair requests with minimal downtime.
• Dismantle equipment for renovations.
• Install equipment for new openings.
• Perform preventive maintenance; keep work areas neat and organized.
