Daily Coffee Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a passionate Barista to join our team. You will prepare beverages to high standards, deliver warm, efficient service, and maintain a clean, welcoming café environment that keeps customers coming back.

This role offers flexible full- or part-time hours, weekend and public holiday shifts, meal provisions, and opportunities for career growth. Training is provided, and full-time staff receive EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and a supportive, friendly work culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Barista or in F&B is an advantage (but not required).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/card payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including workstations and dining area.
• Ensure all products are well-stocked and displayed properly.
• Follow all SOPs, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Work as a team to achieve outlet targets and customer satisfaction.
