Job summary

Tealive is hiring a Barista for Tealive BMC Mall in Malaysia. You will brew coffee and tea, serve drinks, and greet customers with enthusiasm. You will promote products, handle cash, and maintain a clean work area in a fast-paced environment.

Prior F&B experience is an advantage; overtime, weekends, and public holidays may be required. Training provided and opportunities for promotion are available.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.

Responsibilities

• Brew coffee or tea and serve drinks to customers.
• Greet customers with a smile and enthusiasm.
• Ensure drinks meet quality standards by following SOP.
• Manage cash registers and handle daily transactions accurately.
• Explain products clearly and promote/upsell.
• Clean and restock dining areas, empty trash, sanitize equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of work areas such as countertops.
