• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth guest experience from entry to food delivery within promised time.
• Maintain cafe cleanliness and surrounding area.
• Understand menu items, make recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Make all guests feel welcomed, comfortable and well cared for.
• Operate on a 5-day working week.
• EPF/SOCSO/EIS contributions.

• Reservations and table coordination in the cafe.

Your Job Responsibilities includes:
