Job summary

Professional Tools is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for mold making in Penang, Malaysia. The role involves generating 3D models, designing fixtures and tools, and ensuring all drawings align with customer specifications.

The candidate will provide technical assistance across departments and supervise subordinates while ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to QMS, EMS, and OHS guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5 years working experience in CNC programming for mold maker.
• Proficient in generating 3D models using Cad/Cam software.

Responsibilities

• Generate 3D models using Cad/Cam software as required.
• Split 3D model into core and cavity as needed.
• Approve all fixtures and tools design.
• Ensure drawings and specifications are correct and compliant.
• Ensure design outputs meet customer specifications.
• Provide technical assistance to various departments.
• Ensure tasks are implemented on time and projects complete as scheduled.
• Motivate and manage subordinates.
• Comply with QMS, EMS, and OHS requirements and procedures.
