Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Mold Maker to design, fabricate, and maintain molds used in high-precision production. You will collaborate with production teams to keep tooling in optimal condition and minimize downtime, ensuring consistency and quality across manufacturing processes.

The role requires a Diploma or certification in Tool & Die Making, 3–5 years of mold-making experience, and proficiency with CNC machines and CAD software for mold design.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Tool & Die Making or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in mold making, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines and using CAD software for mold design.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and maintain injection molds, dies, and other tooling components.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure molds are in good working condition.
• Conduct regular inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting of molds to minimize downtime.
• Implement improvements to optimize mold performance and product quality.
