Job summary

Mass Precision Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced CAD/CAM engineer to develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for 3- and 5-axis milling. You will set up machines and produce precision parts per drawings, collaborating with the quality team to meet specifications.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background with CAD/CAM manufacturing focus and hands-on CNC programming experience. You will contribute to continuous improvement and CAPA resolution in a fast-growing EMS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical CAD/CAM manufacturing with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Diploma in engineering with 5+ years experience in CAD/CAM manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with CNC programming and precision machining.

Responsibilities

• Program development: Develop, write, validate and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam)
• Machining operation: Set up and operate CNC machine to produce precision parts according to drawing and specifications.
• Quality control: Collaborate with quality team to ensure parts meet standards and specifications.
• Problem solving: Lead to resolve technical issues arising regarding machining processes for production including CAPA.
