Job summary

BIMQP is seeking a detail-oriented CSA BIM Modeler to develop and maintain accurate BIM models for Civil, Structural, and Architectural disciplines, ensuring compliance with project requirements and client standards.

You will collaborate with architects and engineers, manage model coordination, perform clash detection, and generate drawings while maintaining thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM modeling for Civil, Structural, and Architectural disciplines.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, standards, and best practices.
• Ability to review design revisions and update models accordingly.
• Good English communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.
• Prepare detailed 3D models, drawings, schedules, and documentation from project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Review and update BIM models based on design revisions and project changes.
• Ensure models comply with BIM standards and project specs.
• Participate in clash detection and model coordination activities.
• Generate construction drawings and shop drawings from BIM models.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and model records.
• Support BIM Coordinators and Project Managers in delivery.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated CSA BIM Modeler to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for Civil, Structural, and Architectural disciplines while ensuring compliance with project requirements, BIM standards, and client specifications.

What you'll do

• Create, develop, and maintain Civil, Structural, and Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
• Prepare detailed 3D models, drawings, schedules, and documentation from project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Review and update BIM models based on design revisions and project changes.
• Ensure models comply with BIM standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
• Participate in clash detection and model coordination activities.
• Generate construction drawings and shop drawings from BIM models.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and model records.
• Support BIM Coordinators and Project Managers in project delivery.

What we're looking for

• Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Knowledge of clash detection and model coordination.
• Previous experience in building or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, standards, and best practices.
• Understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
• Good English communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional BIM certifications will be an added advantage.
