Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Architectural BIM Modeling and Coordination
• Experience on multidisciplinary BIM projects
• Knowledge of BIM standards including LOD and BEP
• Experience with Authority Submission and CORENET X is an advantage

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Architectural BIM Coordinator to join our team in Johor Bahru. The ideal candidate will have strong BIM coordination experience, be proficient in Revit, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working on Singapore projects, hospital projects, and authority submissions is highly preferred.

What you\'ll do

• Develop, maintain, and manage Architectural BIM models in accordance with project requirements, BIM standards, and client specifications.
• Coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
• Conduct model reviews and ensure compliance with BIM standards, Level of Development (LOD) requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and project-specific guidelines.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar BIM coordination tools and facilitate timely resolution of coordination issues.
• Support BIM implementation, workflows, and best practices across project teams.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, general arrangement (GA) drawings, detailed drawings, and other BIM deliverables.
• Ensure timely delivery of coordinated BIM outputs and project documentation.
• Maintain records of coordination issues, resolutions, and project updates.
• Assist with authority submissions, including CORENET X submissions where applicable.
• Stakeholder & Project Coordination
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and project coordination.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide BIM-related technical support and solutions.
• Communicate project progress, coordination updates, and technical issues effectively to all stakeholders.
• Support project teams in achieving project milestones and delivery requirements.

What we\'re looking for

• Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Architectural BIM Modeling and Coordination.
• Experience working on multidisciplinary BIM projects.
• Experience with Singapore projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital projects is an advantage.
• Experience with Authority Submission and CORENET X submission processes is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Hands-on experience with Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, or similar Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
• Good understanding of BIM standards, including LOD, ISO standards, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Knowledge of Singapore BIM standards and submission requirements.
• Soft Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional and responsive communication through Email, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, and other collaboration platforms.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Information Modeling (BIM), or a related field.
