Job summary

C&S IOW BASE IN PENANG is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor with 5+ years of experience in civil and structural works for high-rise buildings and basements. You will oversee on-site activities, ensuring workmanship aligns with drawings, specifications and schedules.

Responsibilities include supervising construction, inspecting materials, monitoring progress, and reporting issues to seniors. Strong time management and communication are essential for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor's or higher degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• At least 5 years of site supervision experience in civil/structural works for high-rise buildings and basements.
• Excellent time management and ability to work without supervision.
• Good interpersonal, communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and monitoring of construction works on site.
• Inspect and monitor at all times each stage of construction work.
• Ensure all materials delivered to site conform to approved specifications and test plans.

Job description

C&S IOW BASE IN PENANG (min 5 yrs Experience)

Supervising and monitoring of construction works familiar with bored piling and pile caps excavation work in accordance with contract and construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion.

Inspect and monitor at all time each stage of construction work.

Ensure that all materials delivered to site confirm to the approved specifications and the project's inspection test plan.

Regularly report to relevant superiors on the progress of the works and the problem areas encountered especially in respect of defective, outstanding or non-confirming works or delayed works.

Requirements:-

Diploma, Bachelor's or higher degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in site supervision of Civil and Structural works for High-rise Building & Basements Construction.

Excellent time management skills and ability work without supervision.

Good Interpersonal, communication and reporting skills.
