Responsibilities

• Trains and gains knowledge to qualify for future BU Manager opportunities within 2-3 years.
• Manages a piece of the customer relationship through direct interaction with customers.
• Prepares materials for RFP responses.
• Prepares commercial claims (e.g. excess and obsolete materials).
• Contributes to the forecast and variance process in the financial system.
• Assists BU Managers in day-to-day business needs and workcell management.
• Supports QBR process.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provides indirect leadership to junior team members.
