Qualifications

• Ability to present information to managers, clients and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
• Operate a PC and use Windows-based software packages.
• Advanced PC skills and knowledge of company software.
• Write simple correspondence and read visual aids.
• Follow simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Read and understand basic instructions, memos and notices.
• Perform basic arithmetic and interpret graphs.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Business Unit leadership and central Engineering.
• Maintain daily contact with project teams and ensure customer satisfaction and project performance.
• May run multiple projects across Jabil sites.
• Assist BUD and Technical Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate Project Plans, Reports, BOMs and customer requirements.
• Monitor daily activities and escalate roadblocks to meet timelines.
• Coordinate costing and bill-backs to customers or internal departments.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
