Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Global BU Senior Program Manager to lead complex, global programs from initiation to closure within a specific Business Unit. You will drive strategic objectives for growth and profitability while coordinating executives, stakeholders, and diverse teams.

Responsibilities include defining scope and success metrics, managing plans, budgets, risks, and resources, reporting progress to leadership, and ensuring adherence to PM methodologies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 8–10 years in program management with 3–5 years in global/senior roles.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, supply chain, and PLM.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cross-functional global programs within the assigned BU.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Manage risks, issues, mitigations; escalate as needed.
• Oversee cross-functional teams with coaching and collaboration.
• Report program status and KPIs to executives.
• Drive continuous improvement in PM processes and tools.
• Ensure adherence to Jabil PM methodologies and quality standards.
• Manage client and supplier relationships related to delivery.

Job Summary

The Global BU Senior Program Manager at Jabil, Inc. is responsible for leading complex, global programs within a specific Business Unit, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to closure, and driving strategic objectives for growth and profitability.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of large-scale, cross-functional global programs within the assigned Business Unit, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, providing guidance, coaching, and ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Communicate program status, progress, and key performance indicators to stakeholders, including executive leadership, through regular reporting and presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within program management processes and tools.
• Ensure adherence to Jabil's program management methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Manage client and supplier relationships related to program delivery.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and process optimization within the Business Unit.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management, with at least 3-5 years in a global or senior-level role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex, multi-million dollar global programs.
• PMP or equivalent program management certification required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in program management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
