Job summary

Jabil Malaysia is seeking a Global BU Senior Program Manager to lead complex, global programs across a Business Unit from initiation to closure, driving growth and profitability.

The role requires a proven track record in managing large-scale programs, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and mastery of program management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Asana. Willingness to travel internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years in program management, with 3–5 years in global or senior roles.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-million dollar global programs.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in program management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of large-scale, cross-functional global programs within the assigned Business Unit, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalation as necessary.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, providing guidance, coaching, and ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Communicate program status, progress, and KPIs to stakeholders and executives through reporting and presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within program management processes and tools.
• Ensure adherence to Jabil's program management methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Manage client and supplier relationships related to program delivery.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and process optimization within the Business Unit.
