Job summary

Arkmind Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Analyst to assist in gathering requirements by identifying user needs and recommending practical solutions for clients. You will develop user requirements, functional specifications, test scripts, user guides and training materials for delivered solutions.

The role includes actively testing applications to ensure functions align with requirements and supporting implementation and training activities where needed.
