Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a finance professional to support monthly and quarterly sales incentive cycles across GCB businesses. You will gather data, compute incentives, and prepare payment listings for payroll.

You will also handle retention provisions, amortization and accounting entries, and generate statements. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders and delivering timely analyses and reports.

Responsibilities

• Participate in annual incentive scheme reviews with back tests and sensitivity analyses.
• Assist Head - SPIC and Head – GCB BPA CoE with BAU and ad-hoc tasks.

Job description

• - Gather and extract data from various sources prior to start of monthly sales incentive cycles.
• - Calculate monthly/quarterly sales incentives, campaign and referrals for all business tracks under GCB accurately (error-free) within stipulated deadlines.
• - Prepare payment listing for approvals and ensure submission to HR Payroll before or on predetermined deadlines.
• - Ensure accurate retention provisions are being made on monthly basis as per business requirements.
• - Calculate and prepare accounting related tasks; not limited to amortization schedules and accounting entries accurately and on timely manner.
• - Generate related individual sales incentive statements for respective sales force; and all complaints and inquiries from Business stakeholders and sales force are being addressed and managed properly within stipulated TAT.
• - Prepare management reporting and analysis for sales incentive payout to track and monitor performance by sales channels and individuals.
• - Active involvement in annual sales incentive schemes review exercise by preparing various back tests and sensitivity analyses as well participation in discussions with respective stakeholders.
• - Prepare other relevant analysis as requested by Head - GCB BPA CoE, Head – SPIC and other GCB BPA peers.
• - Assist Head - SPIC on all BAU and ad-hoc tasks.
