Job summary

RHB Group is seeking a data and analytics professional to support monthly sales incentive cycles in Kuala Lumpur. You will gather data, calculate incentives across business tracks, and prepare payment listings for payroll approvals.

You will also produce incentive statements, conduct analyses, and coach junior analysts while supporting SPIC and BPA teams with BAU tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and extract data from various sources prior to start of monthly sales incentive cycles.
• Calculate monthly/quarterly sales incentives, campaign and referrals for all business tracks under GCB accurately within stipulated deadlines.
• Prepare payment listing for approvals and ensure submission to HR Payroll before or on predetermined deadlines.
• Ensure accurate retention provisions are being made on monthly basis as per business requirements.
• Calculate and prepare accounting related tasks; not limited to amortisation schedules and accounting entries accurately and on timely manner.
• Generate related individual sales incentive statements for respective sales force; address and manage all complaints and inquiries from Business stakeholders and sales force within stipulated TAT.
• Prepare management reporting and analysis for sales incentive payout to track and monitor performance by sales channels and individuals.
• Actively participate in annual sales incentive schemes review by preparing back tests and sensitivity analyses and discussions with stakeholders.
• Prepare other relevant analysis as requested by Head - GCB BPA CoE, Head – SPIC and other GCB BPA peers.
• Coach Associate Business Analysts and Business Analysts.
• Assist Head - SPIC on all BAU and ad-hoc tasks.

• Prepare management reporting and analysis for sales incentive payout to track and monitor performance by sales channels and individuals.
• Active involvement in annual sales incentive schemes review exercise by preparing various back tests and sensitivity analyses as well participation in discussions with respective stakeholders.
• Prepare other relevant analysis as requested by Head - GCB BPA CoE, Head – SPIC and other GCB BPA peers.
• Coach Associate Business Analysts and Business Analysts.
• Assist Head - SPIC on all BAU and ad-hoc tasks.
