Job summary

You will also handle retention provisions, amortization and accounting entries, and generate statements. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders and delivering timely analyses and reports.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather data from various sources before monthly incentive cycles.
• Calculate monthly/quarterly incentives for all business tracks under GCB.
• Prepare payment listing for HR Payroll submission and approvals.
• Ensure monthly retention provisions align with business requirements.
• Perform accounting tasks such as amortization schedules and entries.
• Generate sales incentive statements and address stakeholder inquiries.
• Prepare management reporting to monitor incentive payouts by channel and individual.
• Participate in annual incentive scheme reviews with back tests and sensitivity analyses.
• Assist Head - SPIC and Head – GCB BPA CoE with BAU and ad-hoc tasks.
