Job summary

Advance Technology Energy (M) Sdn Bhd, based in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a hands-on Business & Project Development Executive to work with the Managing Director and the Project Development team on AI data centres, renewable energy, CRESS and BESS projects. You will help identify suppliers in Malaysia, Taiwan, Mainland China, and other international markets.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of working experience welcome.
• Good spoken and written Mandarin and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development.
• Willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential AI data centre, renewable energy and energy infrastructure opportunities.
• Identify and develop relationships with potential customers, project developers, investors, EPC contractors and technology partners.
• Support customer outreach, meeting arrangements and business development activities.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals and commercial materials.
• Maintain and develop the company's business development pipeline and CRM.
• Follow up with clients and partners to progress opportunities.
• Support the development of AI data centre, renewable energy, CRESS and BESS projects.
• Assist in project research, feasibility assessments and commercial analysis.
• Coordinate information between clients, engineering teams, suppliers and management.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers in Malaysia, Taiwan, Mainland China and other international markets.

This is a hands‑on role where you will work closely with the Managing Director and Project Development team, gaining exposure to business development, project development, AI data centres, renewable energy, CRESS, BESS, commercial proposals and international procurement. You will support the development of AI data centre, renewable energy, CRESS and BESS projects, and assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers in Malaysia, Taiwan, Mainland China and other international markets.
