Job summary

Michael Page International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Regional Logistics Process Lead (SAP Supply Chain) to drive logistics process optimization and standardization across APAC. You will partner with manufacturing sites, logistics teams, and regional stakeholders to improve performance and support SAP/S4HANA initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years in Supply Chain/Logistics and strong SAP logistics knowledge, with exposure to WM/ EWM/ TM and S/4HANA being advantageous.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Process Excellence, or related functions.
• Experience in Shared Services / GBS, manufacturing, or multinational environment preferred.
• Strong process improvement and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of SAP logistics and supply chain processes.
• Exposure to SAP WM, EWM, TM, or S/4HANA environments advantageous.

• Lead logistics process optimization and standardization initiatives across the region
• Partner with plant and logistics teams to improve operational performance and efficiency
• Act as a trusted advisor for logistics-related business processes and system capabilities
• Support SAP enhancement projects and future S/4HANA transformation initiatives
• Drive KPI improvements, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities
• Identify opportunities to improve service levels, productivity, and cost performance

Profile

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Process Excellence, or related functions
• Experience within a Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS), manufacturing, or multinational environment preferred
• Strong process improvement and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of SAP logistics and supply chain processes
• Exposure to SAP WM, EWM, TM, or S/4HANA environments would be advantageous
• Self-starter with strong analytical, communication, and customer-focused mindset
