Job summary

YYC & Co in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in executing digital campaigns across platforms. You will contribute to content creation for social media channels, assist in videography and photography for branding and events, and collaborate on creative concepts and marketing materials.

The role involves market research, trend analysis, website updates, and cross-functional collaboration to drive campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team in executing various digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Support content creation for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Involve in videography activities including video shooting, editing, and post-production for marketing and branding purposes.
• Assist in photography shooting and photo editing for company events, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas and storytelling concepts.
• Assist in designing marketing materials for both digital platforms and physical events.
• Support website updates and maintenance activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify current marketing and social media trends.
• Track, monitor, and report campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to support marketing initiatives and projects.

Job description

This role supports the marketing team in executing digital marketing initiatives and campaigns across various platforms. The candidate will be involved in content creation for social media channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms, while also assisting in videography and photography activities including shooting, editing, and post-production for branding and promotional purposes. The role also includes collaborating with team members to develop creative content ideas, designing marketing materials for both online and offline events, as well as conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on current marketing and social media trends.
