Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Business Offer Intern to bridge technical and commercial processes, supporting product readiness, certification, and market competitiveness.

You will contribute to local product certification, prepare technical documentation, and perform competitive benchmarking while aiding strategic initiatives for business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Nice to have Tableau/Power BI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Understand Digital Energy products and provide technical and commercial support.
• Assist in local product certification processes (SIRIM, Suruhanjaya Tenaga) for specific products.
• Perform product comparison and replacement analyses to support migrations and continuity for customers.
• Support product launches and migrations to ensure smooth transitions and market readiness.
• Develop and maintain Technical FAQs for internal teams and channel partners.
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark features, pricing and market positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to provide technical insights for campaigns and partner enablement.
• Prepare technical documentation for partner training, events and trade shows; deliver product overviews when required.

Mission (About The Role)

This role bridges technical expertise with commercial processes to support product readiness, compliance, and market competitiveness. You will be involved in local product certification, technical documentation, product comparison and replacement analysis, and competitive benchmarking while contributing to strategic initiatives that drive business growth.

What will you do?

• Support product launches and migrations to ensure smooth transitions. Contribute to product lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance and readiness for market introduction.
• Develop and maintain Technical FAQs for internal teams and channel partners.
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark features, pricing, and market positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide technical insights for campaigns and partner enablement.
• Prepare technical documentation for partner training, events, and trade shows; participate and deliver product overviews when required.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Skills/Systems Knowledge: Must have Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Words/Microsoft Power Points; Good to have Tableau/Power BI
• Additional Knowledge: Understanding of energy efficiency principles, Building Management Systems (BMS), electrical distribution systems, and power quality will be an advantage.
