Job summary

VroomTown Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on outlet leader to run the city’s first drive-play concept for kids. You will manage the team, drive school and corporate sales, and safeguard the guest experience to ensure the outlet operates at peak performance.

Based at the Atria Shopping Gallery, you will own staffing, rostering, bookings, and labour economics, while collaborating with the wider PeopleUp group to deliver a cohesive brand experience in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a frontline team in customer-facing settings.
• Proven ability to sell to schools and corporate clients without being pushy.
• Strong eye for store presentation and guest experience.

Responsibilities

VroomTown is Singapore’s first drive-play city for kids, and the Kuala Lumpur outlet needs someone to run it like a business, not just a shift.

This is the person parents, schools, and companies meet when they walk in. You set the standard for the team, the sales, and the place itself. If the floor is buzzing, the bookings are full, and the outlet is clean and sharp, that’s on you.

The job

• Lead the outlet team. Hire well, coach on the floor, and hold people to the standard
• Build school and corporate sales. Talk to kindergartens, enrichment centres, and companies, then turn those conversations into bookings and repeat visits
• Own the roster. Put the right people on the right days, cover peaks, and keep labour sensible
• Protect the guest experience. Service, safety, and cleanliness are not side tasks. They are the product
• Run the numbers. Sales, bookings, labour, and what is working. See a problem early and fix it
• Work with the wider PeopleUp group so the Kuala Lumpur outlet feels like VroomTown, not a one-off

You’ll do well here if you

• Have run a team in retail, F&B, attractions, or a kids venue
• Can sell to schools and companies without it feeling pushy
• Are happy on the floor, not only in an office
• Care how a place looks and feels when a family walks in
• Can speak with parents, teachers, and your own team clearly
