Mutiara Security Services Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya seeks a Business Development professional to support targets, grow the client base and execute BD strategies. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will identify leads, prepare proposals, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to win contracts.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, with at least 1 year in BD or sales, plus strong communication,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales or related commercial roles.
• Experience in the security services industry is an added advantage.
• Experience in client acquisition, proposals or tenders is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Head of Business Development and support team targets
• Assist in executing business development strategies to grow our client base
• Identify and generate new leads and business opportunities
• Follow up on enquiries, leads and tenders up to contract award
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tender submissions
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients
• Coordinate with internal departments on new opportunities
• Prepare reports and updates for the Head of Business Development
