Job summary

Aitek Group in Malaysia is seeking a driven SAP Professional Services Sales / Business Development Manager to spearhead new opportunities across APAC, focusing on SAP professional services, consulting, staffing, and AMS.

You will build and nurture relationships with SAP customers and partners, manage pipelines, negotiate contracts, and work with recruitment and delivery teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT services sales, preferably SAP.
• Proven track record in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong network of SAP clients, system integrators, and decision-makers.
• Experience selling SAP consulting, staff augmentation, AMS, or implementation services.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of generating business independently.
