Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Business Development professional to manage seller experience and drive growth on our e-commerce platform in Malaysia. You will lead sourcing and networking to maintain a healthy pool of seller leads and convert opportunities to hit targets.

Work closely with local and regional stakeholders, provide feedback to supporting functions, and ensure smooth seller processes. Fluency in Malay and English is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field, coupled with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience acquiring brands/sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plus.
• Knowledge of Business Development (Key Account Management) is a must, able to understand seller processes.
• Strong communication skills in Malay and English, both written and verbal (fluency in Mandarin is good to have).
