Job summary

Shopee in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Planning & Analysis professional to monitor seller performance, optimize operations, and drive order growth across markets. You will collaborate with internal teams to improve fulfillment efficiency and serve as the primary contact for assigned sellers.

You will engage, educate, and support sellers in adopting FBS, address concerns, and escalate issues to the appropriate teams, contributing to a seamless shopping experience and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Team player with drive to outperform KPIs.
• Experience in e-commerce, account management, or seller operations is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) are a plus.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to improve fulfillment efficiency
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients: Build long-term, trusted relationships with sellers
• Seller Onboarding & Management: Engage, educate, and support sellers in adopting FBS
• Issue Resolution: Address seller concerns and escalated issues to relevant teams

Required Skills:

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good analytical skills (proficiency in Google Sheets is required)
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs
• Experience in e-commerce, account management, or seller operations would be an added advantage
• Excellent command of English and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g. Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) will be an added advantage
