With basic salary and uncapped commission, you can earn RM10,000 or more by hitting targets. You’ll engage clients through calls, events, and digital channels, lead workshops, and drive a strong sales pipeline while maintaining superb customer service.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with our clientele through various channels including calls, social media, special events, and website interactions.
• Spearhead riveting sales events or workshops, working in unison with team members to create exceptional sales opportunities.
• Contribute to our active sales pipeline by keeping our clients engaged with our latest event updates and product launches.
• Propel the pulse of our sales performance, aiming to consistently meet and surpass individual KPIs.
• Serve as the trusted liaison for all client interactions, ensuring that they receive the highest level of customer service consistently.

Job Requirements:

• SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in a sales role, with experience meeting or exceeding targets.
• Interest in Chinese Metaphysics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to speak in bilingual language is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic understanding of sales metrics.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel if required.

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday 9:30am to 1:00pm
