Job summary

EfficientIP is seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate to drive growth in Malaysia's DDI and security market. You will build and prioritize target accounts, prospect new opportunities and nurture relationships to create qualified opportunities.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will manage CRM data, plan regional campaigns and coordinate meetings with key decision makers. Fluency in English and Bahasa is required, with French a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Based in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa; French is a plus.
• 1–2 years of prospecting experience in technology/IT security.
• Zoho CRM experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within Malaysia.

• Research and build new and existing accounts (contacts, emails).
• Target potential customers seeking DDI/security solutions or replacements.
• Outbound calls and other communications to generate opportunities.

• Plan campaigns within the region and book meetings.
• Deliver meetings in line with targets.

appliance-based solution to intelligently simplify and automate design, deployment and management of their critical network infrastructure.

Through patented technology, our 360o solution suite secures DNS services to safeguard sensitive data and ensure application access. Companies in all sectors rely on our offerings to face the challenges of key IT initiatives such as cloud, IoT, 5G, and mobility.

What will you do?

• Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists within Malaysia territory,
• Prospect, identify, initiate, develop and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts to generate new business opportunities,
• Research and build new and existing accounts (e.g. adding contacts, emails, strategic calling)
• Target potential customers across the market. These prospects are either companies looking for DDI / Security solutions or companies that are looking to replace their existing DDI / Security solution,
• Perform timely outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication (e.g. email etc.) to prospect new opportunities,
• Identify key decision makers, determine buying readiness and timeline,
• Capture and manage information/data/metrics in Zoho CRM,
• Plan and create mini campaigns within your assigned region,
• Delivered meetings booking in line with target.

You’ll be great for this role if you have these qualifications:

• University degree - Bachelor's degree
• Must be located in Malaysia, Kuala Lampur
• Fluent in English and Behasa
• Minimum of 1-2 years of previous prospecting experience, preferably in technology/ IT Security
• Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
• Good written/verbal communication skills in French required
• CRM Experience - Zoho experience a huge plus
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
• Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
