Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales/Business Development professional to grow revenue in retail and wholesale sectors. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strong distributor and retailer relationships, and executing strategic sales plans.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in a related field and at least 1 year of sales or business development experience, with strong communication and negotiation skills to drive success.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, retail, or wholesale is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within retail and wholesale markets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and competitor activities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
• Track and report performance metrics, including sales volume, customer acquisition, and retention.
