Job summary

ChartNexus in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Business Development - Project Coordinator to support client-focused project delivery from kickoff to close.

You will act as primary client contact, translate needs into clear briefs, coordinate design and development teams, manage timelines, and ensure quality deliverables while maintaining strong relationships and proactive updates.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Experience coordinating design and development projects is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Engage with clients to understand project scope, objectives, and detailed requirements

2. Internal Coordination

• Liaise closely with designers and developers to communicate project requirements
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and expectations
• Facilitate smooth communication between departments to avoid delays or misunderstandings

3. Project Management & Timeline Control

• Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery
• Identify potential risks or delays and proactively implement solutions
• Track project progress and ensure milestones are achieved as scheduled

4. Quality Assurance

• Ensure all deliverables meet company and client quality standards
• Review outputs before submission to clients
• Coordinate revisions and improvements where necessary

• Proactively reach out to target audiences to generate new business opportunities
• Support sales initiatives, presentations, and proposals
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients

Requirements
