You will build strong relationships with clients, developers, and design consultants, while connecting with local governments and authorities to align project goals.

As the primary liaison, you will drive marketing initiatives, conduct market research, and coordinate with internal teams to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of proven experience in business development or marketing within the construction and property industry.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, design consultants, local governments and relevant authorities.
• Strong knowledge of construction project execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
