Job summary

PARKLAND RENEWABLE ENERGY SDN BHD invites you to join as a Business Development lead focusing on CRESS solutions for data centres and high energy-demand clients in Malaysia. You will identify off-takers, pitch solutions, and drive partnerships with developers for renewable energy supply.

Based in Klang Valley, you will negotiate commercial terms, align with CRESS requirements, and build relationships with authorities, consultants, and strategic partners to foster future renewable energy projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Studies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development.
• Experience in Data Centre Development or Solar EPCC.
• Knowledge of solar farm, grid connection and data centre development.
• Understanding of PETRA, TNB and ST regulations in Malaysia.

Job description

Identify, engage and pitch CRESS solutions to potential off-takers, particularly Data Centre and high-energy-demand prospect.

Identify and establish strategic partnerships with Developers to secure suitable renewable energy supply and develop CRESS opportunities.

Lead opportunities with off-taker engagement and solar farm matching through commercial negotiation and ensuring alignment with CRESS requirements.

Develop and maintain relationships with Authorities, technical consultants, and strategic partners for future renewable energy project development and execution.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Studies, or related disciplines

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development preferably in Data Centre Development or Solar EPCC industry.

Understanding on solar farm, grid connection and data centre development experience

Good understanding of Malaysia’s renewable energy landscape, with exposures to PETRA, TNB and ST regulations.

Work location based in Klang Valley.
