Qualifications

The Business Development Manager will familiarize themselves with the rules of direct selling platform/chain store system operation, identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and gather insights and reports to guide marketing strategies. The role is based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with the rules of direct selling platform/chain store system operation, identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and gather insights and reports to guide marketing strategies
• Create and execute direct sales or chain store development and services through email, social media, trade events, and other channels to generate leads and target customers
• Build good customer relationships to understand customer needs and provide tailor-made solutions
• Be proficient in providing customers with companies, products, models and systems, and be able to provide systematic support to customers
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximized results
• Organize meetings and training sessions to increase customer awareness

About you

• More than 3 years working experience in health care, cosmetics, daily necessities and other related industries
• Direct selling industry experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, marketing or other related majors
