BYON FLASH SUITES & HOTELS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the BD team and drive expansion in hospitality and property management in Malaysia. The role focuses on growth through strategic partnerships, new opportunities, and strong client relations with owners, developers and corporate clients.

The candidate will coach the team, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Finance to ensure smooth onboarding and scalable revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of business development/sales experience, with 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in business development, sales growth and strategic partnerships.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Expand the company's hospitality and property management portfolio.
• Lead negotiations and close business deals with property owners, developers and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, business partners and stakeholders.
• Handle owner enquiries, negotiations and escalated matters professionally.
• Attend meetings, networking events and site visits to strengthen business relationships.
• Lead, coach and mentor the Business Development team.
• Monitor team performance and ensure departmental KPIs are achieved.
• Work closely with Management to develop business strategies and expansion plans.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly business development reports.
• Analyse business performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and business pipeline.
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new business.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:
