Job summary

DXN Holdings Bhd in Cyberjaya is seeking a Business Development Executive (Malaysia) to respond to stockist inquiries, process orders via E-world, OBS, and WhatsApp, and plan strategies to grow stockist sales.

You will update stockist data, collect testimonials, ensure SOP compliance, prepare sales reports, and collaborate on product launches. A diploma or degree in business/communications and at least 1 year in sales or customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or Communications or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple challenges and task concurrently.
• Command of office tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is necessary.
• Good interpersonal relationship and social skill.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Have working experience in sales/customer service position will be advantages.

Responsibilities

• Respond to stockist and mobile stockist inquiries and complaints via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
• Handle and process orders from stockists through the company website (E-world), Online Billing System (OBS), and WhatsApp.
• Plan and implement effective strategies to increase stockist sales.
• Update and maintain the latest stockist information accurately.
• Collect testimonials and feedback from stockists and mobile stockists.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, processes, and strategies in daily stockist and mobile stockist operations to achieve quality results.
• Prepare sales and stockist/mobile stockist database reports.
• Manage and follow up on stockist and mobile stockist inquiries.
• Collaborate with the superior on product launches and sales strategies.
• Inform stockists and mobile stockists about ongoing promotions to encourage purchases and increase sales.
