YONG MIN OFFICE AUTOMATION SDN BHD in Johor is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth in the Office Automation and IT sector. You will manage existing accounts and pursue new opportunities with guidance from the Sales Team Leader.

You will build relationships, present value-based solutions, and analyze market opportunities in your region. Fresh graduates welcomed; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in any field.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (oral & written).
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with relevant sales experience will be given preference.
• Must be willing to work in Johor and possess own transportation.
• Salary is negotiable (can be discussed during the interview).
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet Monthly Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Farming & Hunting: Manage existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned commercial territory, with guidance from our experienced Sales Team Leader.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Understand customer needs and ensure a positive, solution-focused experience.
• Value Selling: Apply value-based selling techniques and build long-term customer relationships through effective proposals and presentations.
• Market Analysis: Identify new opportunities, market requirements, and winning strategies in your assigned region.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits, timely issue resolution, and identifying new sales opportunities.
