Job summary

DW LTH Empire Prudential's EMP Team is seeking motivated fresh graduates for a role in business development, client engagement and long-term career growth. You will gain hands-on experience in business operations, client relationship management, communication and team leadership while working closely with experienced mentors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field; or Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of working experience.
• No prior experience is required; full training will be provided.
• Experience in client servicing, customer relationship management or business development is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Structured training and continuous professional development with mentorship from leaders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and professional development programmes.
• Assist in business development activities, including identifying potential clients and exploring new business opportunities.
• Support client engagement, relationship management and follow-up activities.
• Learn and understand business operations, sales processes and client servicing.
• Assist in planning and coordinating business meetings, training sessions and company events.
• Support business growth initiatives and strategies to improve team performance.
• Monitor business performance, prepare reports and assist with data analysis.
• Develop effective communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Work closely with experienced leaders and team members to achieve business objectives.
• Take part in projects and assignments to gain practical business management experience.
