Job summary

CCECC (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a junior Quantity Surveyor or QS trainee to assist with measurement, quantity take-offs, and basic cost estimation. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.

Candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying and may have exposure to high‑rise projects. Mandarin ability is an advantage for dealing with China expatriates or workers.

Qualifications

• Experience with measurement and quantity take-off processes.
• Familiarity with cost estimation and tender documentation workflows.
• Ability to assist in evaluating subcontractor claims and variations.

Job Description

Assist in measurement, quantity take-off, and basic cost estimation works.

Support the preparation of tender documents and simple contractual documentation.

Assist in evaluating claims, variations, and progress payments under supervision.

Attend site visits, meetings, and joint measurements with the project team.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the QS / project team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Candidates more advantage if you have experience in high-rise project such as residential, hotel, office tower, etc.

Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage as need to deal with China expatriates or workers.

Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
