Job summary

CC Veterinary Sdn. Bhd. in Selangor is expanding its team for a fast-paced veterinary clinic. The role covers kennel management, patient medication support, and front/back desk assistance, with training provided for clinical tasks.

Starting basic salary is RM1,700/month during probation, increasing to RM1,900/month plus RM300 allowance upon confirmation (total RM2,200). Overtime pays 1.5x on full days and 2x on half-days Thursdays, with EPF/SOCSO/EIS and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Animal clinic experience is an advantage but not required if you learn quickly and work with urgency.
• Must bring drive, fast pace, and ability to work independently from day one.
• Willingness to learn clinical skills with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage morning kennel cleaning, sanitization, and feeding for patient cages by 2:00 PM.
• Prepare medications and assist veterinarians with prescribed treatments.
• Track animal ward movements during rounds and update the central whiteboard.
• Maintain a clean, safe hospital environment and handle routine chores during lull periods.
• Support front desk registrations and billing as needed based on role.
• Hit daily workflows on time and work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate independence and attentive listening under pressure.

While animal clinic experience is an advantage, it is not required IF you possess a natural sense of urgency, learn new tasks quickly, and love taking independent ownership of your work. We will gladly train the right person on clinical skills, but you must bring the drive and fast pace from day one!

WHAT YOU WILL DO (Job Scope):

• Time-Sensitive Kennel Management: Independently manage morning cleaning, sanitization, and feeding for patient cages, ensuring all core work is wrapped up sharply by our daily 2:00 PM milestone
• Patient Medication Support: Accurately prepare and assist the veterinarians with administering morning/evening medications (oral, topicals) exactly as prescribed on patient charts.
• Active Clinical Tracking: Maintain total situational awareness during morning rounds—capturing, updating, and verifying animal ward movements on our central whiteboard.
• Proactive Facility Care: Maintain a spotless, organized hospital environment. Take immediate initiative to mop floors, empty trash, wipe safety hazards (like water spills), and handle laundry during clinic lulls.
• Dynamic Front & Back Support: Seamlessly shift between assisting the veterinarians with treatments in the back and managing client registrations/billing at the front desk based on your daily assigned role.
• Fast & Efficient: Can manage morning workflows and hit timelines sharply.
• Highly Independent: Takes immediate initiative without needing constant supervision or hand-holding.
• Adaptive & Attentive: An active listener who captures instructions the first time and maintains complete focus under pressure.

• Starting Basic Salary: RM1,700/month (During probation).
• Confirmation Increment and Allowance: Increment to RM1,900/month and additional RM300/month allowance automatically added to your basic salary upon successful confirmation (Total Basic: RM2,200/month).
• Overtime Perks: Attractive 1.5x Overtime (OT) multipliers on full days, and a highly generous 2x Double-Pay multiplier for half-days on Thursdays!
