Job summary

Range Pharma Malaysia, the largest veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturer in Malaysia, seeks a marketing professional to build collateral for three brands and manage offline events for B2B and B2C audiences.

You will develop materials for Range Pharma, Vets Care Line and Furmocare, while coordinating vet conferences, farm events, and on-site activations across Malaysia. Travel for events is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment (health, industrial, chemical or pharmaceutical is a strong fit).
• Working design skills: independently build presentation decks and basic collateral and brief a designer.
• Solid grasp of B2B marketing fundamentals and buyer journeys.
• Experience across marketing channels: content, digital, campaigns, PR and events with logistics.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, including collateral library.
• Writes clearly and adapts tone for vets, farmers, and pet owners.
• Willing to travel for events; bonus for animal health or life sciences experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the full collateral suite for VCL and Range Pharma — brochures, product detail aids, sales decks, catalogues, pricing sheets, rep kits, distributor materials.
• Write and design for two audiences: clinical for vets and practical for farm operators and distributors.
• Plan and execute offline events for B2B and B2C channels: vet conferences, in-clinic activations, agricultural fairs and livestock trade events.
• Own event logistics end-to-end: booth setup, vendor management, materials production, on-site coordination and debrief.
• Maintain a central asset library for livestock sales and medical reps.
• Brief external designers for complex work; create standard collateral in Canva.

Range Pharma Malaysia is the largest veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturer in Malaysia. We operate across three brands: Range Pharma, a brand serving the livestock and farm industry; Vets Care Line, an ethical supplement brand distributed through veterinary clinics; and Furmocare, a growing consumer pet wellness brand. This marketing hire will serve all three and have an in depth experience across different business segments.

What You Will Be Doing

The majority of your time will be spent building B2B marketing materials for veterinary clinics and livestock farms, followed by managing offline events for both B2B and B2C events.

• Build and maintain the full collateral suite for VCL and Range Pharma — brochures, product detail aids, sales decks, catalogues, pricing sheets, rep kits, and distributor materials.
• Write and design for two very different B2B audiences: clinical and evidence-based for vets; practical and commercial for farm operators and distributors.
• Plan and execute offline events for both B2B channels: vet conferences, in-clinic activations (lunch-and-learns, product demos, roundtables), agricultural fairs, and livestock trade events.
• Own event logistics end-to-end — booth setup, vendor management, materials production, on-site coordination, and post-event debrief.
• Maintain a centralised, up-to-date asset library that the livestock sales and medical rep teams can access and rely on.
• Brief external designers for complex or print-ready jobs; execute standard collaterals independently in Canva.

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment (health, industrial, chemical, or pharmaceutical for example would be a strong fit)
• Working design skills — comfortable independently building presentation decks and basic collateral (PowerPoint/Keynote, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite) and knows how to brief a designer for complex work
• Solid grasp of B2B marketing fundamentals - buyer journeys, relationship-led selling, technical/industrial audiences
• Experience across marketing channels: content, digital, campaigns, PR, and events. you have managed logistics, not just attended
• Strong project management and organisational skills — comfortable managing a collateral library and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Writes clearly and adjusts tone for different audiences - clinical for vets, commercial for farmers, consumer for pet owners.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented; willing to travel for events
• Bonus: background in B2B marketing, especially in animal health, veterinary, agri, or life sciences. Experience with clinical claims or regulated category marketing is a strong advantage.
