• Oversee outlet renovation projects to ensure adherence to budget, design, and timeline standards.
• Coordinate equipment procurement and timing for delivery/installation.
• Response to ad-hoc maintenance request by existing outlets and coordinate with vendors.
• Establish and maintain standards for new location projects and sites (traffic flow, physical accessibility, matching location analysis, other businesses in the areas).
• Identify and terminate weak initiatives early.
• Safeguard brand integrity at all times.

What you'll be doing

1. Business Development & Projects

2. Outlet openings, Renovations and Upkeep

• Oversee outlet renovation projects to ensure adherence to budget, design, and timeline standards.
• Coordinate equipment procurement and timing for delivery/installation.
• Response to ad-hoc maintenance request by existing outlets and coordinate with vendors.

3. Governance & Standards

• Establish and maintain standards for new location projects and sites (traffic flow, physical accessibility, matching location analysis, other businesses in the areas).
• Identify and terminate weak initiatives early.
• Safeguard brand integrity at all times.
