Job summary

MyPro PHYSIO, a growing physiotherapy and rehabilitation provider in Shah Alam, is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to assess, treat and manage patients through individualized programmes.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalised treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, monitor progress and educate patients for home exercises. Fresh graduates welcome; 2+ years experience preferred for more responsibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years physiotherapy experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Professional, responsible, eager to learn, confident in communicating with patients.
• Genuine passion for helping people recover and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

About the Role – Physiotherapist

As a Physiotherapist at MyPro PHYSIO, you will be responsible for assessing, treating and managing patients through individualised physiotherapy and rehabilitation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify appropriate treatment goals.
• Develop and implement personalised physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Provide hands‑on treatment, therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programmes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients on their condition, recovery, home exercises and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records.
• Deliver a professional, caring and positive patient experience.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical and management team.
• Participate in continuous learning, training and professional development.
• Support MyPro PHYSIO's corporate, community and wellness programmes when required.
