What Youll Do
- Identify and engage new business leads via networking, outreach, events, and online platforms
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored digital solutions (digital ads, web development, content, etc.)
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Build lasting relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and platform changes
- Report sales performance and forecasts to management
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (digital/tech industry preferred)
- Strong grasp of digital marketing solutions like SEO/SEM, PPC, web development, and content strategy
- Familiarity with platforms like Alibaba is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Fluent in Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking clients
- Self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
