About the job Business Development Consultant

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join a growing digital agency team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in B2B sales, understands the digital marketing landscape, and loves working with clients to drive business impact.

What Youll Do
  • Identify and engage new business leads via networking, outreach, events, and online platforms
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored digital solutions (digital ads, web development, content, etc.)
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and platform changes
  • Report sales performance and forecasts to management
What Were Looking For
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (digital/tech industry preferred)
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing solutions like SEO/SEM, PPC, web development, and content strategy
  • Familiarity with platforms like Alibaba is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent in Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
