ACTalent Fresh Career is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join the CHACHA App team. You will help expand our network of creator agencies and hosts, drive user engagement, and foster strategic relationships within the social entertainment and live-streaming industry.

You will source, recruit, and onboard new agencies, manage partner relationships, analyze performance data, and stay ahead of industry trends to help the platform scale.

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our network of creator agencies and hosts, driving user engagement, and fostering strong strategic relationships within the social entertainment and live-streaming industry.

Main Responsibilities:

• Agency & Talent Acquisition: Source, recruit, and onboard new agencies and live-streaming hosts through strategic outreach channels and platforms.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, providing daily operational support, resolving inquiries, and offering optimization strategies.
• Data-Driven Growth: Analyze weekly and monthly performance data to drive agency activation, engagement, and retention.
• Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and collect market feedback to act as a vital communication bridge between partners and the platform.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in live streaming, voice chat, or the social entertainment industry.
• Prior experience as platform staff, agency owner/admin, host recruiter, or talent manager within the entertainment tech industry is a strong plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with performance data.
• Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in multiple languages to effectively liaise with regional stakeholders, partners, and diverse communities.
• A team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, presentable, flexible, and passionate about the internet and social entertainment sector.
